- Perform daily cleaning and tidying of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces
- Maintain laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and proper garment care
- Manage household inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages in advance
- Assist with bed making, linen changes, and general room preparation
- Support meal related tasks such as basic kitchen tidying
- Organize wardrobes, storage areas, and household items
- Ensure all cleaning is carried out using appropriate, safe products and equipment
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding household affairs
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the Household Manager promptly
- Assist with light errands or ad hoc tasks as reasonably requested
- Adhere to household protocols regarding privacy, punctuality, and conduct
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar live in housekeeping role
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, fabric care, and household organization
- High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism
- Good physical stamina
- Basic spoken English
- Willingness to reside on site and adapt to household schedule
- Valid passport and ability to obtain UAE residency visa sponsorship

Position Summary
- The Live In Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and overall upkeep of the household, ensuring a comfortable, hygienic, and well organized living environment for the principal and family members.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and tidying of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces
- Maintain laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and proper garment care
- Manage household inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages in advance
- Assist with bed making, linen changes, and general room preparation
- Support meal related tasks such as basic kitchen tidying (unless a dedicated cook/chef is employed)
- Organize wardrobes, storage areas, and household items with care and attention to detail
- Ensure all cleaning is carried out using appropriate, safe products and equipment
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding household affairs, family matters, and daily routines
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the Household Manager promptly
- Assist with light errands or ad hoc tasks as reasonably requested
- Adhere to household protocols regarding privacy, punctuality, and conduct
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar live in housekeeping role, preferably within a private household or hospitality setting
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, fabric care, and household organization
- High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism
- Good physical stamina to manage daily household tasks
- Basic spoken English
- Willingness to reside on site and adapt to household schedule, including flexibility for occasional evening or weekend duties
- Valid passport and ability to obtain UAE residency visa sponsorship
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: 1,200 AED to 1,500 AED
- Live in accommodation provided within the residence
- Meals provided
- Visa sponsorship and medical insurance as per UAE Federal Decree Law No. 33 of 2021 requirements
- Annual leave: 30 days per UAE labour law
- Air ticket allowance: Annual
