Support cases involving personal injury and related injury-focused practice areas.

Prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, legal memoranda, and appellate documents.
E-file documents in state and federal courts and draft and serve summonses.
Communicate with clients, courts, counsel, and other parties.
Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
Prepare discovery documents, interrogatories, and responses.
Coordinate and summarize depositions.
Prepare trial binders and exhibits with the legal assistant.
Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes.
Organize exhibits, evidence, briefs, appendices, and other case documents.
Assist attorneys with discovery requests, witness preparation, and case settlements.
Liaise between trial teams and internal and external third parties.
Perform other related duties assigned to meet business needs.

Associate’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent work experience.
Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program is preferred.
Experience in personal injury, workers compensation, premises, first-party, medical malpractice, or another injury-related practice area is required.
