Litigation Paralegal

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of litigation experience is required.
• An associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program is preferred.
• Experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, premises liability, or another injury-related practice area is preferred.
• Candidates must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage workloads with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, and procedures is required.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines are required.
• Computer and database expertise, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute is required.
