Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Attorney, licensed and in good standing with the State of Illinois, to join our team.
This role involves reviewing and executing legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy matters.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Document Review & Drafting: Review and sign legal documents and pleadings while conducting thorough legal research.
- Courtroom Advocacy: Actively appear in court for foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy matters.
- Special Projects: Perform additional legal duties as assigned by firm leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Active Illinois Bar license in good standing.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of commercial litigation and/or creditors' rights experience.
