- Monitor engagement on LinkedIn and respond to comments and messages.
- Nurture relationships with prospects and partners through online interactions.
- Identify relevant B2B groups and initiate discussions to amplify AIXport's thought leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and research teams to translate trade intelligence into compelling updates.
- Track basic performance metrics to inform content and engagement strategies.
- Maintain a professional, inclusive online presence that reflects AIXport's brand and global focus.
Requirements
- Strong social media and community management skills, especially experience or interest in managing LinkedIn pages, groups, and professional B2B audiences.
- Solid communication and writing abilities, including creating concise posts, messages, and discussion prompts tailored to business audiences.
- Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing concepts, such as audience targeting, content scheduling, and engagement optimization.
- Ability to conduct light research on markets, industries, and audiences, and translate findings into relevant talking points or content ideas.
- Comfort with using analytics or platform insights to track engagement and make simple data informed recommendations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple online conversations and tasks in a remote, full time setting.
- Proactive, collaborative attitude and openness to feedback, with an interest in global trade, international business, or B2B marketing.

Role Description
- The LinkedIn & B2B Community Manager Intern is a full time remote role responsible for building and engaging AIXport's professional audience on LinkedIn and across relevant B2B communities.
- Day to day tasks include planning and publishing LinkedIn posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and nurturing relationships with prospects and partners.
