- Comfort with digital tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and online databases
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in International Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline preferred
- Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
