About the Role
Emirates Flight Catering seeks a Light Duty Driver to transport linens and items, comply with UAE traffic rules, and maintain vehicle hygiene. Requires a UAE Light Duty vehicle license and 2 years of driving experience on UAE roads.

Responsibilities
- Observe and comply with UAE traffic rules with respect to the vehicle fleet size and report any health and safety hazards to immediate head
- Assist in conducting drive test on new vehicles
- Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly to avoid potential accidents with shifting loads making the vehicle unbalanced
- Find alternate routes and use prudent judgement in following logical sequences to reduce time, improve efficiency and fuel consumption
- Maintain accurate daily trips sheets and provide necessary data to the operations Assistant
- Pick up and return processed items/linens to the various customers as per the schedule and adhoc requests thus ensuring satisfied customers
- Maintain hygiene in the vehicle by removing dirt and soil on a regular basis depending on the usage
- Deal with the customers both external and internal in a polite and professional manner
Requirements
- High School Certificate
- UAE License for Light Duty vehicles (must have)
- 2 years' experience of driving on UAE roads
- Good communication skills
