- Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily lifting operations
- Prepare, review, and implement Method Statements, Risk Assessments (RA), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Conduct lift planning, heavy lift route studies, and site assessments before execution
- Ensure all lifting equipment, accessories, and cranes are inspected, certified, and compliant with applicable standards
- Verify lifting plans and ensure safe execution of routine and critical lifts
- Identify potential hazards and implement appropriate risk control measures
- Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and international lifting regulations
- Coordinate with project teams, crane operators, riggers, and subcontractors to execute lifting activities safely and efficiently
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings before lifting operations
- Maintain accurate records of lifting equipment certifications, inspections, and lifting activities
