- Develop, review, and approve standard and critical lifting plans (including tandem lifts and mobile/tower crane configurations)
- Monitor the deployment and compliance of heavy equipment on site, ensuring all machinery, rigging hardware, and lifting tackle meet specifications
- Enforce strict adherence to international lifting standards and internal health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols
- Conduct regular inspections of lifting gear, heavy machinery, and ground conditions prior to lift execution
- Coordinate with site rigging teams, lift supervisors, and equipment operators to ensure execution matches engineered plans
Requirements
- Experience in developing and reviewing lifting plans
- Knowledge of international lifting standards and HSE protocols
- Ability to conduct site inspections of lifting gear and heavy machinery
