Role Overview
The Lifestyle Manager provides high-touch lifestyle management and concierge services to members in Doha, Qatar.
The role is full-time and on-site and serves as a trusted contact for members’ day-to-day requests and long-term needs.
Responsibilities
- Arrange travel and accommodation, restaurant and entertainment reservations, exclusive event access, and personal and corporate engagements.
- Suggest tailored experiences, manage multiple requests, and deliver services with accuracy, discretion, and sensitivity to client preferences.
- Build relationships with local and international partners and maintain knowledge of luxury venues and services.
- Ensure every interaction reflects Quintessentially’s standards of excellence.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in lifestyle management and concierge services, with a strong understanding of luxury standards and client expectations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for professional interaction with high-profile and international clients.
- Experience in event planning and coordination, including logistics, vendors, and timelines for private and corporate events.
- Strong organization, multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and proactive working style.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages, particularly Arabic, are advantageous.
- Knowledge of Doha and wider Gulf lifestyle, hospitality, and entertainment offerings is highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, travel, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, maintain confidentiality, and uphold a professional service-oriented attitude.
