Support and maintain global infrastructure across hybrid and cloud environments.
Act as the final escalation point for complex infrastructure issues across networking, cloud, identity, and security technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as final escalation point for Service Desk and second-line teams globally.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and administer Azure and AWS environments.
- Support hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
- Support Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless systems.
- Troubleshoot VPNs, VLANs, routing, and connectivity.
- Manage DNS, domains, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Administer and consolidate SSL/TLS certificates.
- Own major incidents through resolution.
- Support Telephony configurations and administration.
- Contribute to infrastructure projects and improvements.
- Support data backup and restoration, with Druva knowledge ideally.
Core Skills
- Exceptional technical communication and strong documentation skills are essential.
- Strong hands-on experience is required with Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Azure, AWS, hybrid environments, DNS, domains, SSL/TLS, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Experience with Azure AD or Entra, SSO, MFA, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, conditional access, and PowerShell is required.
- Experience handling third-line escalations in a fast-paced environment is required.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of infrastructure experience is required.
- Candidates should have experience as a third-line engineer or senior second-line engineer progressing into a third-line role.
- Hands-on Meraki, Azure, AWS, and PowerShell experience is required.
- Cybersecurity experience is relevant to the role.
