About the Role
IHG Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Lifeguard for a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The lifeguard will ensure pool safety, interact with guests, maintain cleanliness, and assist with activities.

Responsibilities
- Interact with the public responsibly and welcome all users of the facilities.
- Comply with the Pool Safe Operating Procedures at all times.
- Maintain a vigilant watch of the swimming pool areas and take necessary action to ensure safety.
- Check safety of equipment and report any damage or malfunction.
- Assist in preparation and operation of events and activities.
- Ensure high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facilities.
- Handle lost property in line with procedures.
- Patrol all areas and ensure correct usage.
- Assist with supervision and control of children’s activities.
- Perform routine checks of customers’ receipts for proof of payment.
- Comply with Health and Safety procedures.
- Ensure all Pool equipment is stored safely and securely.
Requirements
- Valid Lifeguard Certification issued or recognized by the Saudi Arabian Swimming Federation is mandatory.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Lifeguard in a hotel, resort, sports club, or recreational facility is preferred.
- Good communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
