- Enforce all safety rules and regulations consistently
- Respond immediately and effectively to emergencies, including performing rescue and first aid procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections of pool areas and equipment
- Educate guests about pool safety and usage guidelines
- Maintain clear and accurate records of incidents and safety checks
- Collaborate with recreation and security teams to ensure overall guest safety
- Attend regular training and maintain required certifications
Requirements
- Certified lifeguard with current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Overview
- We’re looking for a vigilant and responsible Lifeguard to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests at the pool and recreational areas.
