Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all aquatic activities during academy sessions, events, and open swimming hours
- Prevent accidents by enforcing pool rules and safety policies
- Respond immediately to emergencies, including water rescues, first aid, and CPR
- Conduct routine safety checks of pool areas and equipment
- Assist in preparing the pool area for daily use, including cleanliness and organization
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the facility supervisor
- Participate in regular training, safety drills, and briefings
- Support coaches during swimming sessions as needed
- Provide reports and documentation as required by management
Requirements
- Valid lifeguard certification from a recognized authority
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications
- Proven experience as a lifeguard, preferably in a sports or educational setting
- Strong swimming ability and high level of physical fitness
- Excellent situational awareness, communication, and quick decision making skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Valid driving license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities

Job Overview
- Elite Sports Academy is seeking a responsible, vigilant, and certified Lifeguard to ensure safety of students and staff at swimming facilities in Riyadh.
- The lifeguard will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment and responding effectively in emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct necessary preparation and planning before each session and work with other coaches/colleagues as needed.
- Ensure the protection and safety of all children.
- Supervise and monitor all aquatic activities during academy sessions, events, and open swimming hours.
- Prevent accidents by enforcing pool rules and safety policies.
- Respond immediately to emergencies, including water rescues, first aid, and CPR.
- Conduct routine safety checks of pool areas and equipment.
- Assist in preparing the pool area for daily use, including cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

Compensation
- Salary package: 5000 6000 SAR per month (inclusive of salary, accommodation, and transportation).
