About the Role
Elite Sports Academy seeks a full-time Accountant to manage financial operations including revenue tracking, reconciliations, VAT returns, and financial statements. Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent and 2 years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities
- Track monthly school cost for all venues
- Prepare monthly revenue ledger and submit to venues with shared revenue agreements
- Reconcile monthly school cost against SOA received from schools
- Record monthly school cost, external league revenue & cost, referee cost in QuickBooks
- Coordinate and process wage sheet of new employees / part time coach & referee
- Check and update employee deductions
- Prepare monthly staff salary
- Coordinate with PRO for SOA
- Set up supplier payments online
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT return
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, M.Com, Inter CA or equivalent
- 2 years proven experience as Accountant
- Can join immediately
- Locally available in Dubai

Company Overview
- Elite Sports Academy is a leading sports services company in the UAE, offering sports coaching, ECA programs, holiday camps, and facility management.
Key Responsibilities
- Tracking monthly school cost for all venues.
- Preparing monthly revenue ledger and submit to venues (having shared revenue agreements).
- Reconciling monthly School cost against SOA received from schools – highlight discrepancy – if any.
- Record monthly school cost, external league revenue & cost, referee cost in QB.
- Coordinate & process the wage sheet of new employees / part time coach & referee.
- Check & update employee deductions.
- Preparing Monthly Staff Salary.
- Coordinate with PRO for SOA.
- Setting up supplier’s payments online.
- Supplier payment, School – facility hire payment, Employees (Advances / Reimbursements etc), PRO (advance/settlement), Utility payments.
- Prepare & submit quarterly VAT Return.
- Preparing monthly Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
Job Qualifications
- Completed Bachelors Degree of Commerce, M.Com, Inter CA or equivalent.
- 2 years proven experience as Accountant.
- Can join immediately.
- Locally available.
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary range: up to AED5,500.00 per month.
- Working days: Monday to Friday (9:00am 7:00pm).
- Location: JVC, Dubai.
- Job Type: Permanent.
