Responsibilities
- Manage all basketball programmes, squads, camps, and events
- Ensure consistent delivery of high quality coaching across all venues
- Develop athlete progression pathways and support talent development
- Plan and coordinate basketball camps, competitions, and special events
- Lead, support, and develop basketball coaches
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of coaching staff
- Manage coach schedules and staffing requirements
- Conduct regular coaching observations and performance reviews
- Drive registrations, retention, and programme growth
- Support trial sessions and conversion of new athletes
- Build positive relationships with athletes and parents
- Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Sports, Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field
- Minimum Level 2 Coaching Qualification (or equivalent)
- Valid First Aid and Safeguarding Certification
- Enhanced CRB/DBS Check (or equivalent background screening)
- Proven experience in sports programme management, coaching leadership, or the education sector
- Experience working with children and young athletes aged 3–16 years
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- UAE Driving Licence is preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Work closely with Marketing and Customer Journey teams to increase participation.
- Identify opportunities to improve programme performance and revenue.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Sports, Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Minimum Level 2 Coaching Qualification (or equivalent).
- Valid First Aid and Safeguarding Certification.
- Enhanced CRB/DBS Check (or equivalent background screening).
- Proven experience in sports programme management, coaching leadership, or the education sector.
- Experience working with children and young athletes aged 3–16 years.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to motivate and develop athletes in a safe and positive environment.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 13,000 to 15,000 per month.
- Benefits: Visa & Medical Insurance Provided.
