Responsibilities
- Supervise swimmers and pool users to prevent accidents and injuries
- Enforce pool rules, safety regulations, and facility policies
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, rescues, and first aid situations
- Perform water rescues and administer CPR/AED when necessary
- Monitor pool conditions and report hazards or maintenance issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside areas and rescue equipment
- Conduct opening and closing safety inspections of the facility
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Keep accurate records of incidents, accidents, and daily activities
- Participate in regular training, drills, and safety meetings
Requirements
- Valid Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization
- Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness
- Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous lifeguarding experience preferred

Job Overview
- We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Female Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well being of guests and swimmers at our swimming pool, water facility, or recreational center.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise swimmers and pool users to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Enforce pool rules, safety regulations, and facility policies.
