- Ensure timely delivery of creative materials
- Maintain an organized asset library and prepare files for production
- Ensure visual consistency across all guest facing and internal communication materials
Requirements
- Strong visual design skills with a solid portfolio
- Must write and speak Arabic
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Must)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (Must)
- Brand focused capabilities in Logo Design and Brand Guidelines
- Proficiency in Typography
- Strong collaboration, time management, and organizational skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Graphic Designer & Video Editor role based at Ishtar Hospitality in Doha, Qatar.
- The role involves designing digital and print assets such as social media creatives, promotional flyers, in house signage, menus, and presentations aligned with the hotel’s and outlets' brand identity.
- The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will conceptualize and produce video content, including editing, motion graphics, and basic sound design for marketing campaigns, social channels, and in house screens.
- Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing to support promotions, events, and brand storytelling, while ensuring timely delivery of creative materials.
- The role also includes maintaining an organized asset library, preparing files for production, and ensuring visual consistency across all guest facing and internal communication materials.
Qualifications
- Strong visual design skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a solid portfolio with creative work.
- The candidate must write and speak Arabic.
- Brand focused capabilities in Logo Design and Brand Guidelines.
- Proficiency in Typography, with a keen eye for layout, readability, and visual hierarchy in both print and digital formats.
- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign. (Must)
- Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve. (Must)
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs, take feedback constructively, and work effectively with cross functional teams.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
