Lifeguard - Beach Operations - Jumeirah Saadiyat Island

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Lifeguard to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island .

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with and support the Jumeirah International Quality Management System.

Accurately process guest and operational requests while providing correct and timely information.

Demonstrate a proactive approach in all areas of responsibility and guest service.

Maintain the 10/20 pool scanning rule at all times and respond immediately to any incidents within the pool and surrounding areas, administering First Aid and CPR when required.

Ensure the pool and surrounding areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, health, and safety regulations, while remaining proficient in lifesaving techniques and CPR.

Conduct daily inspections of the First Aid kit, oxygen unit, and all other emergency and paramedic supplies to ensure readiness and compliance.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

College Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Valid First Aid certification.

Physically fit and capable of performing all duties associated with the role.

Recognized swimming qualification or lifeguarding certification.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role, preferably within a hospitality, leisure, or recreational environment.
