Lifecycle & Engagement Manager

You'll thrive in this role if you're a confident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders and turning complex challenges into practical solutions. You're equally comfortable using data to guide decisions as you are collaborating with partners to improve customer experiences. Naturally curious and commercially minded, you look for opportunities to optimise performance, drive engagement and create value for customers and partners alike.

You'll also bring:

Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement

Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar marketing automation platform

Experience working with external partners, clients or B2B stakeholders

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach

An interest in financial services, investing or fintech
