Full-time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role based in Dubai.
The role advises individuals and families on suitable life insurance products and supports clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Advise individuals and families on suitable life insurance products.
- Assess client needs and prepare customized insurance proposals.
- Prospect for new clients, follow up on leads, and conduct policy reviews.
- Maintain long-term client relationships to support ongoing coverage and satisfaction.
- Explain policy terms and conditions clearly and responsibly.
- Assist clients through applications, underwriting, claims, and policy servicing requests.
- Collaborate with underwriting, finance, and customer service teams.
Qualifications
- Strong insurance sales and insurance brokerage skills are required.
- Solid finance and insurance knowledge is required.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Proven life insurance or related financial services experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time, and maintain accurate client records is required.
- A relevant academic background is advantageous, and professional insurance certifications are highly beneficial.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
Compensation
- Salary is listed as AED 500 per month.
