Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role advises individual and corporate clients on insurance products, financial needs, and risk exposure.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored insurance and financial advice to individual and corporate clients.
- Assess client risks, financial goals, and exposure to recommend suitable products.
- Prepare proposals and quotations and explain coverage options and policy terms.
- Conduct financial and risk analyses and maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Contribute to business development and portfolio growth.
Qualifications
- Strong client advisory capabilities, including needs analysis, financial planning, and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in presenting and explaining insurance products, coverage options, and policy terms.
- Analytical skills to interpret financial data, prepare proposals, and support underwriting decisions.
- Effective communication, relationship-building, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of insurance and financial services is preferred, especially personal and commercial lines in the UAE or GCC.
- Familiarity with local insurance regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Insurance, or a related field.
- CII or CFP certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic office software and insurance-related systems.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an asset.

- The position is performed on-site in Abu Dhabi.
