Role Description
Full-time, onsite Life Insurance Agent role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role identifies prospective clients, conducts needs assessments, and provides tailored life insurance solutions.
The agent maintains client relationships and supports customers through policy activities and service needs.
Responsibilities
- Explain policy features and benefits to prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations and assist clients with applications.
- Manage policy renewals and updates.
- Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams to support clients.
- Contribute to sales targets and participate in marketing and outreach activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in insurance sales and insurance brokerage.
- Solid understanding of insurance products, particularly life insurance.
- Knowledge of finance principles related to premiums, policy values, and long-term financial planning.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with UAE insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or policy management systems.
Compensation
- The listed salary is AED 500 per month.
