Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in coaching, mentoring, counseling, training, or personal development roles
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
- Professional coaching certification from a recognized organization is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and support individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and relationship building abilities
- Experience developing and managing coaching programs or training initiatives
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
