Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of life coaches and personal development professionals
- Develop and implement coaching programs, methodologies, and best practices
- Conduct coaching sessions and provide guidance on personal and professional development topics
- Support clients in goal setting, motivation, mindset development, and performance improvement
- Monitor coaching outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness
- Collaborate with leadership to develop wellness, growth, and development initiatives
- Ensure coaching services maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and client satisfaction
- Provide training, feedback, and professional development opportunities for coaching staff
- Maintain accurate coaching records, reports, and performance metrics
- Stay informed about coaching trends, behavioral development practices, and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in coaching, mentoring, counseling, training, or personal development roles
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
- Professional coaching certification from a recognized organization is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and support individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and relationship building abilities
- Experience developing and managing coaching programs or training initiatives
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
