- Monitor academic performance metrics and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes
- Collaborate with faculty and leadership teams to develop and enhance course offerings
- Manage academic schedules, program delivery, and resource allocation
- Support curriculum development, assessment processes, and quality assurance initiatives
- Conduct academic reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success
- Prepare academic reports, performance analyses, and presentations for leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Academic Administration, Educational Leadership, or related field
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Management, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in education, academic administration, program management, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, educational standards, and academic quality assurance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technologies is a plus
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple academic initiatives and priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
