Support the ongoing development of a digitized regulatory licensing and investigations platform.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support delivery of a compliant regulatory tool.
Product ownership
- Collaborate with internal teams and end-users to clarify and validate licensing-related business needs.
- Provide requirements input to the Digital Delivery team with regulatory and operational considerations.
- Analyze current systems and processes to identify gaps and business improvements.
- Analyze regulatory licensing workflows and develop process maps, workflows, and use cases.
- Maintain documentation for business processes, regulatory interpretations, and licensing practices.
- Produce reports and presentations for stakeholder decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align requirements and project objectives.
- Coordinate with Digital Delivery, developers, and vendors to communicate business needs.
- Perform user acceptance testing and support business validation of the final product.
- Support licensing input to project planning, track progress, and report status.
- Support user manuals, stakeholder guidance, and training materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field, or significant appropriate experience.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a related role.
- Experience in regulatory or compliance projects and/or commercial gaming is preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory licensing processes and frameworks.
- Proficiency with UML, BPMN, or similar process and requirements documentation methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and data analysis tools.
