Licensing - Product Manager

Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and analyze business processes to ensure the successful delivery of a tool that meets compliance and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and validate licensing-related business needs.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and use cases to visualize and communicate proposed changes.
• Create and maintain clear, concise documentation for business processes, regulatory interpretations, and licensing practices.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements and project objectives.
• Support project planning by providing input from a Licensing perspective.
• Track project progress and report on status to business stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of user manuals, stakeholder guidance, and training materials for all aspects of the platform.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or significant appropriate experience in the same.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a related role, preferably in regulatory or compliance projects and/or commercial gaming.
• Strong understanding of regulatory licensing processes and frameworks.
• Proficiency in documenting business processes and requirements using tools like UML, BPMN, or similar methodologies.
