About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage complex schedules for Partners and Lawyers
- Arrange comprehensive travel plans including flights, visas, and ground transportation
- Handle time entry submissions and expense claims
- Organize and oversee meetings and video conferences
- Prepare and draft professional correspondence, manage printing and scanning
- Maintain accurate client contact information
- Carry out conflict checks and coordinate matter setup
- Support business development initiatives and maintain fee earner CVs
Requirements
- Typing speed of 60+ words per minute with high accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Prior experience in professional services, ideally within a law firm
- A level or equivalent education; additional certification in legal studies or office administration desirable
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong self management and ability to prioritize
- Sound judgment and decision making
- Collaborative and resilient under pressure

- Provide proactive assistance with client related activities.
- Carry out conflict checks and coordinate matter setup.
- Support business development initiatives and maintain fee earner CVs.
- Update system information for fee earners' clients and assist with billing.
Your experience
- Typing speed of 60+ words per minute with high accuracy.
- Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with legal software preferred.
- Prior experience in professional services, ideally within a law firm.
- A level or equivalent; additional certification in legal studies or office administration desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong self management and ability to prioritize.
- Sound judgment and decision making.
- Collaborative and resilient under pressure.
- Effective at building internal and external relationships.
