Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and deliver the people and talent strategy aligned to business priorities
- Embed firm wide people priorities across functions/teams and integrate global processes
- Assess current structures against strategic priorities and identify optimization opportunities
- Design or enable organizational changes, including impact analysis and workforce transition planning
- Advise on complex ER matters and provide confidential coaching
- Contribute to headcount planning and align budgets to business strategy
- Lead talent reviews and support succession planning
- Partner with Reward CoE to deliver year end compensation processes
Requirements
- Proven track record of HR business partnering and implementing strategic HR initiatives
- Experience partnering with and influencing global heads of functions and senior leaders
- Experience as a global Senior HR Business Partner, ideally in a law firm or professional services
- Experience working in a matrixed/global environment
- Flexible and effective communication skills
- Formal HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD) preferred

Job Description

- Partner with Global Business Functions and leadership teams
- Report to Chief People Officer
- Work with HR Directors, business partnering teams, and CoEs
What you will do
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and deliver people and talent strategy
- Embed firm wide people priorities across functions/teams
- Assess current structures and identify optimization opportunities
- Design or enable organizational changes
- Advise on complex ER matters
- Provide confidential coaching and guidance
- Advise senior Business Professionals on ER matters
- Contribute to headcount planning
- Use business metrics and people data to inform decision making
- Lead talent reviews and support succession planning
- Support development of leadership teams and high potential talent
- Partner with Reward CoE for compensation processes
Your experience
- Proven track record of HR business partnering and strategic HR initiatives
- Flexible and effective communication skills
- Experience partnering with global heads of functions and senior leaders
- Experience as a global Senior HR Business Partner, ideally in law firm or professional services
- Experience in matrixed/global environment
- Strong commercial awareness
- Formal HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD) preferred
