The Role
The Legal Manager will provide legal support across the company’s real estate activities, including the drafting, review, and negotiation of various real estate contracts.
Advise the business on a range of real estate transactions and regulatory matters.
The Role
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of real estate contracts, including Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Lease agreements, Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), Property Management Agreements, and other development and real estate-related commercial contracts.
- Advise on freehold and leasehold property acquisitions, off-plan property sales, developer obligations, property financing, security arrangements, property registration, and title matters, and regulatory requirements relating to real estate development and sales.
The Candidate
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate law and Dubai property regulations.
- Demonstrable experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of off-plan sales structures and escrow regimes.
- Familiarity with Dubai title registration systems and property registration processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial, pragmatic approach to providing legal advice.

Salary Range
