About The Role

Sterling Perfumes is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Legal Executive** to manage the company’s legal matters, ensure compliance with UAE laws, and provide support across contracts, agreements, and case management.

The role will require handling corporate legal documentation, lease agreements, case resolutions, and providing timely legal updates to management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and finalize legal agreements, contracts, and MOA (Memorandum of Association) documents.
  • Handle **lease agreement cases** and ensure timely resolution of related legal matters.
  • Provide **regular legal updates** on ongoing cases and ensure documentation of case progress.
  • Manage legal correspondence, notices, and resolutions for disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, corporate law, and commercial regulations.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain records of all **legal documents, agreements, licenses, and statutory compliance**.
  • Support litigation, arbitration, and settlement processes when required.
  • Safeguard company interests in intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights, brand protection).
  • Provide legal guidance to management and assist other departments (e.g., HR) in drafting policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent). A Master’s degree will be an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Legal Executive/Legal Officer in the UAE.
  • Proven experience handling **lease agreements, MOA, and contract documentation**.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, corporate law, and commercial regulations.
  • Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases, agreements, and legal issues simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution industry.
  • Exposure to intellectual property laws and dispute resolutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
