Responsibilities
- Secure legal aspects of commercial engineering services for export and domestic initiatives
- Participate in identification and selection of business advisers and industrial partners
- Analyze, implement and update due diligence files in coordination with Country Directors and local functions
- Draft, negotiate, prepare and manage contracts with business advisers
- Prepare partners due diligence analysis
- Help elaborate contractual solutions and identify contractual, legal and compliance risks
- Interface with external counsels for complex legal issues or litigation
- Contribute to implementation of ethics and compliance standards, including training and communication
- Assist Legal & Contracts Director in addressing audit reviews, corporate law, governance and compliance
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience in legal and contracts management
- Experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts
- Knowledge of ethics and compliance standards
- Ability to conduct due diligence and risk analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Overview of the Job
- Legal Counsel within the Legal Department of Thales AMEWA Regional Hub covering Africa, Middle East, Central and Western Asia.

Job Description
