Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate matters including company law, governance, restructurings, and transactions.
- Lead the legal setup of new entities across the GCC, working with local counsel.
- Manage corporate governance matters and board correspondence, including board packs, resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings.
- Maintain shareholder and share documentation, acting as central point for company secretarial activities.
- Lead design and implementation of an employee share scheme.
- Review and provide guidance on internal contracts and policies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including vendor, partnership, and licensing agreements.
- Manage external legal advisors and coordinate with regulatory authorities across jurisdictions.
- Advise on risk and regulatory compliance.
- Support dispute resolution and manage legal claims as they arise.

- Legal qualification and experience in corporate law
- Experience with corporate governance and entity management
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Ability to manage external legal advisors and regulatory authorities

Role Overview
