The role covers contracts, corporate structuring, governance, company secretarial matters, trademarks, and intellectual property.

- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Advise on company formation and structuring.
- Handle governance and company secretarial matters.
- Advise on trademarks and intellectual property.
- Support property, construction, and real estate business activities.
Candidate Qualifications
- Professional legal qualification in a Common Law jurisdiction or a similar jurisdiction.
- 6–8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in real estate, property development, or construction.
- Strong track record in complex commercial contracting and negotiations.
- Experience advising property, construction, or real estate businesses.
- Exposure to multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments.
