Requirements

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Legal Consultant to join a company operating in the field of legal consulting.
- The role involves providing legal advice in areas related to companies, business operations, contracts, investment, labor matters, commercial disputes, governance, compliance, and relevant laws and regulations.
- This position focuses on candidates who have practical legal experience inside Saudi Arabia for no less than 5 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to companies and clients on regulatory, commercial, contractual, investment, and labor related matters.
- Study and analyze legal matters related to companies and prepare appropriate legal opinions based on the laws and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
- Provide legal advice on Saudi Companies Law, including incorporation, amendments, governance, partners’ and shareholders’ resolutions, relationships between partners, restructuring, management authorities, and related regulatory matters.
- Provide legal advice on Saudi Labor Law, including employment contracts, internal work regulations, employment relationships, labor violations, termination of employment, labor disputes, and the rights and obligations of employers and employees.
- Provide legal advice on Foreign Investment Law and its regulations, including matters related to foreign investors, licensing, obligations, regulatory requirements, legal structures, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare, draft, and review legal memoranda, reply memoranda, pleadings, legal opinions, legal reports, and official correspondence.
- Draft and review contracts and agreements between companies, including service agreements, partnership agreements, shareholders’ agreements, memoranda of understanding, management agreements, supply agreements, and commercial contracts.
- Draft and review construction contracts, investment contracts, operation agreements, service agreements, franchise agreements, and contracts related to corporate business activities.
- Study and analyze commercial, labor, and investment disputes and provide appropriate legal recommendations.
- Handle files related to commercial courts, quasi judicial committees, and competent authorities, and prepare the required documents, memoranda, and responses.
- Prepare legal research, regulatory studies, and follow updates to relevant laws and regulations, while assessing their impact on clients and companies.
- Analyze legal risks in contracts, transactions, and commercial decisions, and provide practical solutions to reduce risk and protect interests.
Mandatory Requirements
- Practical legal experience inside Saudi Arabia for no less than 5 years.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Law or a related legal field.
- Practical experience in Saudi Companies Law, Saudi Labor Law, and Foreign Investment Law and its regulations.
- Experience in commercial courts, commercial disputes, and quasi judicial committees.
- Experience in drafting legal memoranda, reply memoranda, pleadings, and legal opinions.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts between companies.
- Experience in construction contracts and investment contracts.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Good legal and professional writing skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to prepare official letters, correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to use legal research tools, electronic platforms, and relevant government systems.
