Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Legal Specialist to join our growing team. This is a remote position, but it requires regular in person presence for visiting local government departments, ministries, and assisting clients on the ground in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of legal experience in the UAE (corporate services, legal consulting).
- Languages: Fluency in English and knowledge of Arabic are strictly required (Russian is a strong advantage).
- Skills: Solid drafting skills, understanding of UAE corporate procedures, and ability to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Work Format
- Primarily remote, with occasional in person tasks in Dubai as required (government visits, bank appointments, or document submissions).
