Accountant

Overview

Responsibilities

• Full cycle management of primary accounting documentation: bank, cash, and expense reports
• Preparation of business trip orders and internal documentation
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) entries
• ZATCA compliance: handling e-invoicing and uploading documents to the portal
• Participation in company meetings and business processes

Working Schedule

• **Format:** Hybrid.
• **Current structure:** 3 days on-site (Jeddah Industrial Area) / 2 days remote.
• **Prospect:** Transition to full-time on-site office work as business volume increases.

Requirements

• Fluency in **English and Arabic (written and spoken)**
• Russian language is a plus
• Practical knowledge of Saudi accounting standards
• Experience with **ZATCA Fatoora portal and e-invoicing regulations in KSA**
• Ability to commute to Jeddah Industrial Area
• Experience in accounting/bookkeeping within Saudi Arabia
