Overview

Responsibilities

• Full cycle of primary documentation: bank, cash, and expense reports.
• Creating business trip orders and internal documentation.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR) entries.
• **ZATCA Compliance:** Handling e-invoicing and document uploads to the portal.
• Participation in company meetings and business processes.

Working Schedule

• **Format:** Hybrid.
• **Current structure:** 3 days on-site (Jeddah Industrial Area) / 2 days remote.
• **Prospect:** Transition to full-time on-site office work as business volume increases.

Requirements

• **Languages:** Proficiency in **English and Arabic** is required. Russian language is a plus.
• **Experience:** Practical knowledge of Saudi accounting standards and the **ZATCA** portal.
• **Location:** Must be able to commute to the Industrial Area in Jeddah.
