- Strong knowledge of contract management, legal documentation, compliance filing, and document control
- Familiarity with DLD, RERA, Oqood, SPA, Escrow, and UAE real estate regulations is an advantage
- Excellent English drafting and communication skills
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage
