The Role
- We are looking for a seasoned Construction Foreman with at least 3 years of leadership experience to take the reins on our job sites.
- You will be the bridge between the blueprints and the finished build, the go to person for the crew, primary point of contact for project managers, and guardian of safety standards.
What You'll Do
- Direct the daily activities of the crew and subcontractors to ensure the project stays on track.
- Review blueprints and specs to ensure work is performed accurately and to the highest standards.
- Enforce all OSHA and company safety regulations.
- Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment so the team never has to stand around waiting.
- Maintain daily logs, track progress against the schedule, and report directly to the Project Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years as a Foreman or Lead in a construction environment.
- Deep understanding of construction best practices, equipment maintenance, and blueprint reading.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse crew and handle on site personalities with professionalism.
- Reliability and a valid driver's license.
Pay
- AED 3,000.00 AED 6,000.00 per month
