- Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing company policies, site procedures, and OSHA safety requirements
- Organize daily work activities, coordinate with site teams, and ensure required materials, tools, and equipment are available
- Maintain accurate daily records of work completed, manpower, materials used, and site activities
- Provide regular updates to the Supervisor or Project Manager regarding progress, challenges, and requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a Chargehand, Foreman, or Team Leader in UAE construction industry
- Good knowledge of construction practices, site procedures, tools, equipment handling
- Ability to read basic drawings and specifications
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and meeting project deadlines
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

The Role
- We are looking for an experienced Chargehand with strong site leadership skills to support our construction operations and lead our teams on site.
- With hands on knowledge and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role, you will play a key part in ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- You will be the link between the site team and supervisors, coordinating daily activities, guiding workers, monitoring progress, and ensuring tasks are completed according to project requirements.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Chargehand, Foreman, or Team Leader in the UAE construction industry.
- Good knowledge of construction practices, site procedures, tools, equipment handling, and ability to read basic drawings and specifications.
- Ability to supervise workers, allocate daily tasks, maintain productivity, and coordinate effectively with supervisors and site teams.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and meeting project deadlines. Must be dependable, hardworking, and willing to work in a fast paced site environment.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Pay
- AED 1,800.00 AED 2,500.00 per month
