Role Description

The firm is hiring a qualified Legal Associate with sound knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and legal terminology.

The role handles client matters, drafts legal documents, and provides accurate guidance under UAE jurisdiction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on UAE civil, commercial, and corporate law matters.
  • Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, and agreements to UAE legal standards.
  • Conduct legal research and stay current with changes in UAE legislation.
  • Represent and support clients in dealings with UAE courts, government entities, and authorities.
  • Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide clear legal guidance.
  • Coordinate with business development on new client onboarding and documentation.
  • Maintain case files, records, and documentation under firm policy.
  • Perform legal work with confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university, with a minimum overall grade of Good.
  • At least two years of relevant legal experience, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE laws, legal terms, and court procedures.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to manage multiple client matters accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Current residence in the UAE is required.

Compensation

  • Monthly salary of AED 3,000 to AED 5,000, based on experience and qualifications.
