Business Development & Client Relations Executive

About the Role

Business Development

• Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients through networking, referrals, and professional outreach.
• Represent the firm at business events, seminars, exhibitions, and relevant professional gatherings to generate qualified leads.
• Develop and maintain a professional network across relevant business communities and professional circles.
• Follow up with leads and enquiries promptly and professionally, focusing on conversion into client engagements.

Client Relations and Administration

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and business development activities.
• Coordinate initial client onboarding, including document collection and verification.
• Support document checks, filing, correspondence, and other client-related administrative tasks.
• Liaise with lawyers and internal teams to support smooth handover and onboarding of new client matters.
• Represent the firm professionally while maintaining client confidentiality and protecting its reputation.

Requirements

• Have at least two years of experience in business development, client relations, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Have excellent interpersonal, networking, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Be confident and professional when representing the firm at external business functions.
• Fluent English communication is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work in Dubai, UAE is required.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior legal, consulting, or professional services experience is an advantage.

Compensation

• Salary is AED 3,000–5,000 per month, based on experience.
