About the Role
Tawzea is seeking a Legal and Compliance Specialist to manage litigation, draft contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop internal policies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in law, membership in the Saudi Bar Association, and minimum 3 years of legal experience in KSA.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all litigation matters involving the company, including coordinating with external counsel, monitoring legal proceedings, and providing strategic legal advice
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Conduct legal research on various matters affecting Tawzea
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on legal and compliance issues
- Review and edit Tawzea, its subsidiaries, and affiliates constitutional documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations and breaches of legal guidelines and internal policies and procedures
- Revise procedures reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non conformity issues
- Draft, modify and implement internal policies and procedures in relation to compliance aspects
- Collaborate with other appropriate departments to monitor the enforcement of standards and regulations to ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations
- Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks and identify mechanisms for mitigating such risks
- Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training on compliance matters
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Law/Legal entity in KSA
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university
- Member of the Saudi Bar Association
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- CME is preferable
