About the Role

- Assist in the installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation equipment
- Support the operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of SCADA systems
- Perform regular inspections and basic troubleshooting of control panels and PLCs under supervision
- Monitor data from SCADA systems to identify anomalies and report issues
- Assist in configuring and maintaining communication networks for SCADA systems
- Support senior technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of calibration, repair activities, and system performance
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in training programs to develop technical skills
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (BSc is a plus)
- Basic understanding of instrumentation systems, including sensors, transmitters, and actuators
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, PLCs, and HMI software
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, or Ethernet is an advantage
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of instrumentation and SCADA technology
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements
- Analytical mindset and problem solving skills

Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation equipment, including sensors, flow meters, pressure gauges, and level transmitters.
- Support the operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of SCADA systems to ensure seamless communication and control of lift station processes.
- Perform regular inspections and basic troubleshooting of control panels and PLCs under the supervision of senior technicians.
- Monitor data from SCADA systems to identify anomalies and report issues to the operations team.
- Assist in configuring and maintaining communication networks for SCADA systems, including wired and wireless components.
- Support senior technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on instrumentation and SCADA hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate records of calibration, repair activities, and system performance.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards for instrumentation and SCADA operations.
- Participate in training programs to develop technical skills in instrumentation and SCADA systems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (BSc is a plus).

- Familiarity with SCADA systems, PLCs, and HMI (Human Machine Interface) software.
