Overview
We are seeking an HR Generalist with experience across core HR functions, including payroll, government relations, operations, and recruitment, to join one of Tawzea’s subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage
- payroll processing
- ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Handle
- government relations (GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, etc.)
- , including employee documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Lead
- end-to-end recruitment cycles
- : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee
- HR operations
- , including medical insurance administration, attendance and leave management, employee registration, and maintenance of HR records.
Key Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of
- Saudi labor law
- and HR compliance.
- Experience with
- HR systems and payroll software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Arabic & English proficiency.
