Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on legal, regulatory, compliance, and governance matters
- Manage and oversee all legal cases, claims, disputes, investigations, and litigation involving the organization
- Review, draft, negotiate, and approve contracts, agreements, policies, and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, labor regulations, commercial laws, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Manage relationships with external law firms and legal consultants
- Lead investigations related to legal violations, disputes, and regulatory matters
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Legal Affairs team
- Manage legal budgets, litigation expenses, and external legal service costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Sharia Law, or equivalent legal discipline
- Minimum 8 10 years of experience in Legal Affairs, Corporate Legal, Compliance, or related fields
- Proven experience managing litigation, governmental claims, labor disputes, and regulatory investigations
- Hands on experience representing organizations before Saudi courts and governmental authorities
- Experience managing legal teams and external legal counsel
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Laws, Labor Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Governance, Judicial Procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Master's Degree in Law (LL.M.) is an advantage
- Professional certifications in Law, Compliance, Corporate Governance, or Risk Management preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Affairs Senior Manager to lead and oversee the organization's legal affairs function.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing litigation, legal disputes, contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and legal risk management.
- This role requires a strategic legal leader with extensive experience in Saudi legal practices, court representation, regulatory matters, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on legal, regulatory, compliance, and governance matters.
- Assess legal risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies to protect the organization's interests.
- Support strategic business initiatives, partnerships, and projects through legal analysis and risk assessments.
- Manage and oversee all legal cases, claims, disputes, investigations, and litigation involving the organization.
- Represent and coordinate the organization's legal matters before courts, judicial committees, governmental authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Handle labor disputes, commercial claims, contractual disputes, and regulatory investigations.
- Monitor litigation progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Review, draft, negotiate, and approve contracts, agreements, policies, and legal documents.
- Ensure contractual arrangements are legally sound and aligned with business objectives.
- Provide legal support during negotiations and commercial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, labor regulations, commercial laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Sharia Law, or an equivalent legal discipline.
- Master's Degree in Law (LL.M.) is an advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Legal Affairs, Corporate Legal, Compliance, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing litigation, governmental claims, labor disputes, and regulatory investigations.
- Hands on experience representing organizations before Saudi courts, judicial committees, and governmental authorities.
- Experience managing legal teams and external legal counsel.
- Professional Certifications (Preferred): Law, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Risk Management.
