About the Role

Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and optimize Forcepoint DLP policies across endpoint, network, and cloud channels
- Manage content inspection rules, fingerprinting, and incident workflows to protect sensitive data
- Oversee integration with email gateways, CASB, and proxy solutions to enforce data sharing policies
- Develop and maintain exception handling and escalation processes in coordination with business units
- Deploy, configure, and manage IBM Guardium for database activity monitoring, real time alerts, and compliance auditing
- Implement data masking policies to secure sensitive data across production and non production environments
- Oversee database access controls, ensuring segregation of duties and adherence to least privilege principles
- Implement and manage Boldon James Classifier to enforce consistent data classification across emails, documents, and files
- Define and maintain classification taxonomy and labeling policies
- Integrate classification labels with DLP, encryption, and IRM solutions to enable contextual security controls
- Develop and maintain standards, operational procedures, and runbooks for data security solutions
- Support audits and compliance assessments, providing required evidence for regulatory and internal requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in data protection, privacy, and information security roles
- Hands on expertise in Forcepoint DLP (endpoint, network – web/email, and cloud)
- Hands on expertise in IBM Guardium Data Protection
- Hands on expertise in Boldon James Data Classification
- Strong understanding of data privacy frameworks, encryption, Information Rights Management (IRM), and CASB solutions
- Proven ability to translate compliance requirements into enforceable technical controls and policies
- Experience in end to end administration, configuration tuning, and version upgrades of data protection platforms
- Familiarity with integrations involving SIEM, IRM, CASB, and ticketing systems
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with the Data Management Office to implement and enforce data security policies.
- Perform continuous monitoring, tuning, and optimization of data protection solutions.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and drive ongoing improvements in data security posture.
Required Skills & Experience
