- Advise clients on digital asset transactions, virtual asset licensing, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring proactive support and long term engagement
- Bring in new business opportunities and grow the company's client base in virtual assets and financial services
- Manage existing clients, understanding their business requirements and providing tailored legal solutions
- Develop and implement strategies for the Virtual Asset Practice, ensuring compliance with UAE and international regulatory standards
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documentation related to digital assets and financial services
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to provide timely guidance and strategic insights to clients
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of legal and business strategies
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services legal advisory
- Strong understanding of VARA, ADGM, DIFC, DFSA, SCA, CBUAE regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and management
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
