- Oversee and streamline end to end financial accounting, consolidation, and reporting across multiple business lines (Real Estate, Hospitality)
- Lead the annual budgeting process, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, delivering deep dive financial analysis, feasibility assessments, and operational insights
- Enhance internal financial controls, corporate governance, and operational workflows across group entities
- Maximize the efficiency of finance operations utilizing advanced Microsoft 365 finance tools and automated reporting frameworks
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive finance experience, with a proven track record in a Finance Manager capacity within the UAE
- Deep, practical financial management experience in Real Estate or Hospitality
- Advanced command of Microsoft 365 finance tools (including Dynamics 365, advanced Excel, or Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence, challenge, and partner closely with C suite executives
- Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of local UAE tax compliance (VAT and Corporate Tax)

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function for a group of companies in the real estate and hospitality sectors in Dubai for our client.
- This role is ideal for someone who can manage day to day finance while also supporting business decisions with financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidated Financial Reporting: Oversee and streamline end to end financial accounting, consolidation, and reporting across multiple distinct business lines (Real Estate, Hospitality).
- Budgeting & Strategic Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure robust financial health across the group.
- Commercial Insights & Advisory: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, delivering deep dive financial analysis, feasibility assessments, and operational insights to drive profitability.
- Process Optimization & Controls: Enhance internal financial controls, corporate governance, and operational workflows across the group entities to mitigate risk.
- Tech Driven Finance Operations: Maximize the efficiency of finance operations utilizing advanced Microsoft 365 finance tools and automated reporting frameworks.
Required Candidate Profile
- Experience: 6+ years of progressive finance experience, with a proven track record in a Finance Manager capacity within the UAE.
- Sector Expertise: Deep, practical financial management experience in Real Estate or Hospitality.
- Technical Savvy: Advanced command of Microsoft 365 finance tools (including Dynamics 365, advanced Excel, or Power BI) for financial modeling and automation.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence, challenge, and partner closely with C suite executives and business unit heads.
- Qualifications: Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent); a strong understanding of local UAE tax compliance (VAT and Corporate Tax) is essential.
